///M3 (E36) Vs. 3.5L

up untill 40 or so it was a race then i started pulling away harder and harder until 113 or so where the M was many cars back...a fox body tried to get in on the deal but spun and dropped out while i was still in first...i gave the thumbs up and honked to the M guy but no visible response....oh well

good kill
always nice to hear of a bmw kill

read alot of your kills in other posts whats the horsepower differance from your 3.5 to our cars.

never had the chance to race a m3
how would our modded cl's do against them.

lined up last week against a 2003 gold one with the lightning but he wouldn't go.

Modded CL's v. M3... depends on your mods and driving skills. The avg. I've seen for the new M3 is 13.70's-13.30's at 102-105.4 mph. This is based on 4 M3's I've seen at Englishtown Raceway each M3 made 2-4 runs ( so my info is kind of limited) and it was never warmer then 60 derees outside for any of those runs.
I haven't seen a Cl-S run yet so I don't know what a stock or modded one can run- besides what I see in typer's sig (very impressive). But the #'s I gave for the M3 ARE real world track numbers so you can use those as your guideline for a comparison.

You better postif you get one to run you in the Lightning. I've killed 2 of them so far in my Cobra ( and got totally raped by one in my mom's G35 coupe).

Good shit typeR.

97Snake: He ran against a last generation M3 not the new one. The old ones are pretty quick, but not that quick.
