Those of you that made your lower grill, does anyone have rough measurements. I want to start making mine.

Also how did you guys do the cut? The simple way would be to have it flat against the top part of the opening. The other way is to cut it at an angle so that it is flush against the stock lower grill, which would mean that the grill would actually be angled down when installed. Any help / recommendations would be great thanks.
