Lost Features after 6 spd swap
Wussup guys...
So long story short. I have a 02 TL S that has been 6 speed swapped.
My concern is once i had the swap done i lost three features to this car which after not having them for so long I feel the need to try to regain them..
1st I've lost my reverse lights, when I throw the car in reverse. There is no indication I'm backing up and i think it's more annoying and dangerous to the motorists that may be behind me.
2nd I've lost the feature for my passenger mirrow folding down when I put the car in reverse.. i Love thag feature and miss it dearly. .
3rd, I have no cruise control anymore....
Does anyone have ANY knowledge they can contribute to me regaining 5 hose features? ?

Hey thanks 03-6/6, I know it's in the wiring, but I'm looking for something a little more specific, or to see if there is anyone out there who has fooled around with the wiring and may know where I'd have to start.. I'm not great with wiring and i guess I need a good kick in the right direction.

It was a true manual swap. However when the swap was done by my mechanic, the Dash harness was a part I didn't have, I ended up getting a connector from a Tsx that plugged right into the ecumenical and my mechanic re pinned the connectors to make the car start and run with no cel.. i am under the impression that this was done because the dash was already put back together and he did not want to take the dash apart again. I hope this helps.. if not I will try to get more information from him.. i would be asking him to take a look at this. But he is really dragging his ass to the point where I just want to get it done even if he is not the person fixing it. Every time i ask he act like he has ten million and 1 things to do and I'm getting impatient.

FYI I've already reached out to paul.. He's no help and is a total Douche about it.. not to say the man dont know, but seems to be some animosity because I didn't take the swap work to him.
I also texed my mechanic this morning and tried to get him to give me all info he could. But this is what I got back below..
I'm still at a loss and am still looking for a way to correct this mess...
Also. Karanx7 do you have the ability to roll down your back windows? And lock your back doors? How's that work?

Not taken as an Ass hat comment. I believe him and what he's saying.....
don't change the fact I want my features back.. and if I move to another state will i fail inspection for no reverse lights?? I just want things to work like it should..

Your mechanic knows what he is talking about, except for a few points. Forget a custom wiring harness, you can get an 03 CL-S6 wire harness that will fix most things.
Some of my windows and locks work. Rear passenger works completely, but driver's passenger doesn't work.

Its simple wiring. You just need to connect the wires. Everything on mine works.
Here are some of my wiring notes i had. Im missing some but some may help you.
