Looking for a new mod, need suggestions

Alright, it's been awhile since my last mod, and things are finally going a bit better with my job, giving me extra free time and everything. So I figured I'd look into a new mod for my car. Details:

-Mods so far are only Injen CAI and Option pulley.
-Already have more than enough money saved up in case the trans goes south.
-Hopefully a mod that I could do myself (I'm not very experienced at working on cars, I'm afraid )
-Money isn't too much of an issue, but as of now $1100 Comptech Headers is a bit too pricey.

I was thinking about doing an LED conversion, however if I do that I don't know what colors to use. My CL is ABP so I think blue LEDs would be too cheese and rice.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Seriously man, just wait until Comptech Headers are within reach. That was far and away my favorite mod and I have shitty XS header!

Grab a pair of headers.
It will do good with your other 2 mods.
I got ss obx's and have had no issues yet.
They cost like 2 something.

I've always liked civic's red dash lights.
It reminds me of the mid to late 80's trans am/gta dash lights that were red.

? Do the Comptech headers need to be modified to fit a 5AT? I was considering the DC headers but I hear the CT headers are like +20 HP over the DC ones.

I probably would if I knew anything about putting turbo kits together properly. Like I said I'm a real noob about auto mechanics. Of course I'm trying to learn as I go, but I think turbo would be too big of a leap for me right now.

The comptechs will fit on auto. The earlier batches of comptechs wldnt fit on the manual tho. DC headers only fit the auto. Comptech and DC are both good quality, but comptech is 1100 new and dc is around 350. Comptech will not see 20 hp gain over dc. It should have basically the same gains give or take a few hp. I bought used comptech but that was because manual cl's dont really have another option.

Comptech headers are heavier than all the others arent they?
You might actually get beter results from the cheaper lighter one's.
If you can sleep with all the so called problems of the cheap one's.
IMO comptech's would go on my car if I wanted to have only all the highest price stuff to brag.
Other than that OBX's for now till fail.

Theyre heavier because they are thick stainless steel. The XS headers arent as thick.

Well I think as far as headers I'd choose between DC and Comptech. Those are the two I hear the most about.

I have a set of Megan headers i'm putting on this summer with my exhaust. Already have CAI. The LED conversion would be super simple and very cheap to do. Mods for this car are endless! Tint tails, clear headlight, new sound system, exhaust, etc...

Easy install: Transmission cooler, Rear Sway Bar, throttle body spacer
A little bit more effort to install: intake manifold thermal gasket.

Out of all those four mods, my favorite has to be the trans cooler.

Yeah I might pick up a trans coolor soon, too.

and I was thinking of doing the LED conversion, but still have no clue what color LEDs I'd use Maybe if anything I'd just put brighter whites in?
