Look What I Just Installed...

I just got my cat-back Greddy Evo exhaust yesterday & did the install today. IMO, this exhaust sounds the better than any other exhaust made for the CL-S. Greddy's sound quality is much better than Comptech or HKS (I know because I've had both).

I took it out for a ride after the install & it is almost as quiet as stock at cruising speeds (no droning at all on the highway). However, when you punch it the car sounds very deep & aggressive. I would recommend the Greddy Evo exhaust to anyone considering a cat-back.

It appears that the Greddy cat-back system incorporates two resonators??

Yes it does & I think that's the reason there is no droning.

mattg: I knew I would like them too, but I did not want to spend the money. Now I'm glad that I did.

mantis23: Thanks for the compliment.

liquid_x: I don't have any vids or sound clips yet, but I plan on posting a vid soon so everyone can hear how good they sound.

I'm sure someone here can host them for you. Post a thread and ask...that will save me the trouble of making a video.

Looks great! I like the way the Greddy tips fill the exhaust cutouts. It should come like that from the factory.

Stock 03 looks better. What are the gains vs. stock? Sorry if this has been said before.

Thanks, retail is about $800-$850...I paid $670 shipped. The install was very easy & took about 1 hour from start to finish. Greddy did a great job on their R&D, everything bolted up like the stock exhaust.

I appreciate your honesty. I just think the Comptech tips are too small. Also I prefer a single wall tip as opposed to the rolled tip of Comptech. The rolled tip is a bitch to keep clean.

Lookin good.

They may be a bit to large for my tastes but they still manage to fit and look sweet. Best of luck with them.

$670 for the whole cat-back? that's a hellava deal compared to just comptech mufflers for $600. Though i also like the rolled lip on the comptech tips.

It's not easy to find it for that price...I got lucky. Most people would expect to pay about ~$800. Even at $800 it is still much less than the Comptech B-Pipe & Exhaust combo. I feel it is worth every penny.
