Hey Guys,

I need to pick up brake pads for my CL..its squeaking, and hardly stops. Does anyone know of local shop in NY (Queens/Brooklyn/LI) where I can pick some quality pads from.

Dealer's quoting 65 bucks for OEMs. I don't want to go for it, if I can have a better alternative.

I need to get this done over the weekend as, I am going out of town on Monday for couple of weeks.

I don't want my brother to crash it when he is using it behind me :P which he will any way.

I think aftermarket pads ruin the rotors much faster. I just did mine and had to replace the rotors because the previous owner used aftermarket pads. If you dont have oem rotors I guess you can just go to strauss.
