Lights

Ok this may be a little difficult of a question but I am going to do my best. Ok you know when you look at the front of the CL, there are the headlights and the blinkers and those lights right under the blinkers. Just to help you understand I also have clear headlights. The blinkers and the lights under the blinkers do not match. I bought all of the same kind of bulbs and they still do not match. The only time they match is when the blinkers are actually blinking. My question is, is there a way to rewire or anything to get the lights to match? I want the blinker light to be on all the time and to dim to the normal light when I put the blinker on. There are three wires going into the bulb, red, black, and green. I already tried to switch the red and the green but that didn’t work because when it blinked, it blinked the dim light while the bright light was still on. I know it’s confusing but I thought it would be worth a shot to see if anyone knows what I am talking about or of any suggestions.

I think what your trying to do is have both filaments of an 1157 bulb lite up at the same time and stay on all the time, but still function as a blinker. Switching the wires wont help, but you already know that. I think you'll have to swap or mod the relays somehow? Or just rewire some 1156 bulbs in. Not worth the trouble in my opinion.
