Hey AztecRol,

Since you're the lighting king , what do you recommend in Polarg for the front/rear turn signals? I remember somebody on here used a G34 (or something like that) for the fronts.

OK, this is what I got:

Front turn signal:
Stock is a 1157 bulb
PIAA = 19228 = 27/8 Watts
Polarg = M12 = 35/5 Watts
Polarg = M14 = 21/5 Watts

Rear Turn Signal:
Stock is a 7440 bulb
PIAA = 19225 = 27 Watts
Polarg = M2 = 21 Watts

I like PIAA, so that is what I would go with. If you want Polarg, there are the sizes and wattage. All are Extreme Super White for PIAA or Hyper White for Polarg.

SCOOTER, where are you?????????????

y is it that im always fashionably late to the party??

real marginal difference with the M12/M14 comparison...go with the M12

Polarg is not my bag, baby (personal preference)...i'm with Aztec, i'm doin all PIAA since i already started with the 19224's for the road lamps...i think PIAA's have a better rap too...Polarg's i haven't heard all that much about, so i feel better with the PIAA's, but it's up to u

fact is it's not as easy to just ask which one is brighter/whiter since we're talking about different wattages AND different classes of lights (the class being determined by the shade of coloring over the bulb)...if u simply peeled off the covering on each class of bulb, it'll b easy to spot the best light, just go for the brightest one, which will have the highest wattage...but unfortunately, this is not black & white like that...the tint of blue covering on the bulb varies, along with wattage, so it's hard to answer "which is brightest", "which is best", etc. i will tell u that it's easy to recognize that higher wattage bulbs puts the housing at risk for burning...notice how i didn't say it WILL burn, there is a chance they will...unless all yer bulbs are the same wattage as the stock ones, in which case no worries whatsoever...that's y with interior bulbs, it's extra important to pay attention to the wattage...interior is much more suseptible to catching fire, not simply melting the housing on the exterior.

that said, check the bulb sites and choose what makes the most sense to u!!

again, sorry for my tardiness Aztec
