But he made a good point to me... this bodykit is FIBERGLASS. BAD BAD STUFF

Fiberglass kits will shatter if you hit or scrape a curb or whatever...

We need a kit made out of urethane. Like the stock TL kit or Wings West kits.

Fiberglass is just going to be $700 down the drain

That's what I was thinking, even though I'm really only interested in a front spoiler. How much more for urethane? Will someone even be willing to make it in urethane?

 

Nobody has found anyone willing to make us a urethane kit.

I dont understand why Acura doesnt just give us a kit already.

And why doesnt Wings West give a fuck about the CL?

Hopefully the "sportier" 6 speed 2002 CL will also help us get the kit. Acura must know of the demand for it, since it offers one for the TL, so maybe they'll offer one with the 2002 that'll also work on the 2001. I doubt differences for 2002 will be that drastic so that the parts won't be interchangeable.

The problem with the kits is that is cost about $50 - $75,000 for the mold, so it has to be a car in high demand, the 95-98 TL's are not...
The CL is however and I have contacted several companies, but they will only do it in Fiberglass. We don't want that. But I have a company now that I finally making some progress with...

I want a body kit so badly...if Tim could find it for us, that would be great. I will get it for sure..even if it made by fiber glass i know the fiber glass is weak,but that would make me drive much more carefully
