Lemon question

I own a Used Certified Acura 3.2 CL 2001 and was wonder if my car would have the benefit of the lemon law. I've been having this water leakage from the ceiling for such a long time and so far I've taken that car to the dealer like three times and they still can't fix it. I'm getting sick and tired of it and this is just irritating me to death. This morning i couldn't even unlock my door for some odd reason. After I manually opened the door with the car i saw my driver side ceiling leaking again. So if anyone can help me out that would be much appreciated.

You usually can only use the lemon law on new vehicles.

Dude man i'm so pissed the fucking acura dealer keeps trying to fix the car when it's already the third attempt. They were like uhhhh......we'll not gonna discuss the lemon law right now but have that as a secondary option. They're gonna replace my front windshield which i think that's not gonna help period. Dam i just hate acura dealers now. >_< Anyone know in the philadelphia area can tell me of a good acura dealer to go to? I would appreciate it if someone could help me out.

Dude, you dont tell the dealer about the lemon law, cause the wont do anything. You have to get a a lawyer to do everything. I hired a lawyer and they did the entire process. It took about 4 months, and at the end, they purchases my car for the price that I paid, and deducted some money for mileage. I know that you are not in Cali, but these are the people, i dealt with. There is a lof of info on this site. http://www.californialemonlaw.info/

Well it seems that my car has been in some sort of accident in the pass when i saw every windshield. I compared it to my friend's cl and every window on his car has a little logo that says honda of some sort. Mine says these weird brand names i never even heard of. After they fix this and the water is still leaking imma just car the lemon lawyer up and ask him to help me.

NO read the lemon law site. It states that they will also do a lemon law for certified used vehicles by the manufactor. My car was certified by the Acura dealer. Plus i only had my car for five months.

Which one? You are in PA. Lemon Laws differ by state. I think PA is for new, unused vehicles only.
