Hey guys I was wondering if the instructions on this website to install the LED lights for the cluster are correct....seems a little easy and i thought there was soldering required

there are already points where you just replace them with an led, but those product hot spots, to get rid of them you need to solder a lot more leds and custom mount them. distoredolskool has a picture of his opened up. search for it
