ive been at the track plenty of times but i never got the rpms up and launched ...the car. do u guys have better 60ft times takeing off at idle or with the rpms up thanks

I do a small brake torque at the track, The biggest gain I found was really getting the tire pressure right for the track conditions. I didn't notice much more than .1 of a difference between a brake torque, and launching from idle. However the times where I experimented I had the stock tires on

you *had* me for a sec there!
then you just have the towtruck pick you and go straight to the dealer for your xth replacement tranny...
Johntypes and myself have experimented with launch and tire pressure at the track this year many times and have found that
30-32 lbs in the tires and 1500-1600 launch works best, consistent 2.2's on stock tires.
