Larger Rims
I just wanted to know if you get larger rims...will your ABS, Traction Control, and yaw control get knocked out of whack. I ask this question because all of the above are dependent on wheel speed, size, and weight. If you swap out the rims, the diameter might be the same, but the lighter weight of the wheels and increased revolution speed would throw it out of whack right?

The ABS and TCS (or VSA) don't work off of the actually speed of each in most cases, but rather a difference between all the wheels.
The use a frequency measurent from inductive sensors. If one wheel has a significantly higher frequency that the other three, something is up and it take action.
However, if you do go to an overall size difference your speedo will be off and will also affect the odometer.

For every one inch (1") increase in rim size you'll have to:
Increase Width by 10mm
Decrease Tire Ratio by 10%
So in our CLS case, it would be:
(stock) 215/50R17
(18" rims) 235/40R18
But you'll have to find out if the tire manufacturer makes the size of the tires.
