Sometimes when I make a left turn (and my car leans to the right) I'll hear a knocking noise on the right side of the car. It only does when I'm going over bumps while making the turn and it sounds exactly like it would if my shocks were bad, but it doesn't do it at any other time. And it only does it on left turns, not on right turns. Otherwise the ride is perfectly smooth.

Could it be something besides the shocks? Or is this just the beginning of my shocks going bad? If so, how long should (or could) I wait before getting new ones?
