Kept up with an M5

I know it sounds hard to believe, but i had a passenger who was witnessing the whole event. It was from a roll, i had a .5 car to 1 car lead on him at 55 (no gas yet). He punched it, and as soon as i heard him rev up, i did so as well.
I kept it in 2nd and was at about 6k rpm so i got my peak power. We pulled together and sat side by side ALL of 3rd. He inched away at about 6k rpm in 3rd, and by about 110-115, he was half a car ahead.
He revved the engine later after the race just for fun and i must say, that thing sounded amazing. THE BEST sounding V8 i have ever heard. I just wish i had my windows more down when we ran it!
I thought he would walk me but i guess not. He had one passenger, but both of them looked like they were about 250 each, where as my car had 330 worth of extra weight. I am guessing he didnt shift it hard or something, but im happy!

Nice run, that blower sure makes a difference. When you gonna go to the track again...I want to see how much of a difference the blower made for you.

you would lose by about two cars NA in the same situation. he would of killed me if it was off the line.

my car runs a little better now then the time we ran it, so it would be at least 1 car but no more than 2. either way, you have nothing to worry about with them anymore! m5's should be easy for you even if you screw up.

btw, did you get my pm. i will be in the area tonight and tomorrow!
