yes that is the filter, i just got the comptech icebox for my car, so i do not need the k&N filter for the stock airbox. I bought the k&n filter 3 months ago and i have used it for a few hundred miles, you only have to clean the filter every 30K miles if you drive the car hard, original price from autobarn or something is $45, but I would sell you mine for $35 shipped. It looks brand new and i guarantee that it is clean, i also have the receipt from autobarn proving that i bought it 3 months ago, pm me if ur interested in buying the filter

 

The correct part number is 33-2178. Sounds like you've grabbed some company's inventory part number instead of the actual K&N part number.

33-2178 fits both CL-S and TL-S.
