Just Purchased 2003 CL-S 6-spd!

Hey guys and gals, I am new to this forum and the proud owner of a Satin Silver on Ebony Black with a 6 spd. All I can say is that this car is awsome!! I decided on this car after looking seriously for about 6mos. It basically came down to this car or the S2000 and I can say that I am completly satisfied with this car. I am at 250 miles and I can't wait until she's broken in.

Welcome to the Acura CL brotherhood. To be fully accepted you must donate your taillights to a current member and allow us each a one hour test drive.

I'm jealous; took mine in for 30k svc yesterday (also silver/black) and saw the same color in 6spd. Took all my restraint to get off the lot without playing lets make a deal....Enjoy

Congratulations. I picked mine up yesterday. I'm still adjusting to the bulk, but I'm liking all of the toys.

Congrats... you'll love driving this car...

6 month with my CLS 6sp after trading in my 01 CLS. Couldn't be happier with the car. It so much better to drive than the auto I traded in. 3 months ago, I had CT intake/headers/springs/sways installed by the dealership @ 3500 miles. At the same time, I replaced my OEM tires with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 225/50ZR17s - way better than the stock tires.

After these mods, car is definetly faster and handles so much better. Also, the CT intake/header combo makes for a really sweet engine note.

Now that I've just turn 7500 miles on her, I'll have the dealership install CT exhaust/b-pipe/strutbar and konis when they do the scheduled maintenance.

There other mods in her future, brembos and SC...

There are only two major problems with this car:
1) It's hard to hold onto your $$$ cause this car has an apetite for mods.
2) FWD. I wish it had RWD or AWD, would make it even more drivable in cornering.
