just hit 175k miles

just hit 175k miles

the odo just went past 175k yesterday. was on the i15 freeway around 3am. no cars around so i decideed to unleash her. went all the way to 145 without even wot'ing. still surprised how smooth it was at that speed. i love this car........

ah 145. Haven't hit that in my CL yet - only in my Dad's 2001 BMW 740i Sport. That was sick car. 145 can be scary man. You should hit the governor next and report on the indicated speed haha.

you still on the first transmission? i'm at 162k right now. if i put my stock wheels back on, it would ride like new still.

310k on my 94 Accord its my work car.
we(my momma) bought it new in march of 94.
mom put 150k on it and i've put 160k on it.
only major things i've done to it water pump/timing belt 2 times(after orginal one)
radiator(i think a rock in it and punctured it. also replaced the hose going to radiator.
tires(its got pirerris on it now)

gotta love hondas/acuras. Out of curiosity, what have you had to replace besides the obvious tranny? Would be nice to hear from all of you guys over 150K

All you guys with the Type-S and over 100K.....how much "spirited driving" do you do? I just had my tranny replaced about 13-1500 miles ago and I can feel it hick-uping every now and then already. Just curious....

'00 TL 230,000 miles now, tranny made it to 164,000 miles, timing belt and water pump @ 103,000 miles, one rear door handle, one IAC valve, thats about it! I have not listed the usual maintenance items like pads, rotors, plugs etc.
