Naw i was on 91 going towards west farms mall. I live right on the berlin turnpike and you know how the cops are there. They would have trown me in jail right there and then. But thanks for the info and you settled my stomach with the no jail time answer. And i will be going this monday. I will post the info on what happens. I have learned my lesson this time. And now I look at it that no one was hurt the most importent.
Thanks Again

I'm surprised this thread is still going.

CT3.2 - You have a REAL problem, so here is some REAL advice (I know that others are giving you that too, but I'll be short and sweet and post in bold red print):

Don't look to an internet car forum in lieu of genuine legal advice. Retain an attorney. Now. Before Monday.

And to all the others that gave advice, my post was not made to diminish or dismiss your input. I was just surprised that he only has two more working days to go until crunch time and still hasn't retained an attorney.

I did speak to a lawyer. He said that I am going to get $1-300 in a fine and 30-60 suspension of license also driving school. He said that jail is not even in the picture. Unless if I had 2 or 3 of these under my belt. In addition, he said that when I speak to the clerk magistrate if he gives me a harsh decision that is too much to bear. Tell him that I want to contact my attorney and they will set it for another date. but sometimes you need the advice of someone else to ease your worring a bit.

#1 get an attorney

#2 DEFERRED ADJUDICATION
-essentially probation for X number of months & then it
doesn't go on your record

I've utilized deferred adjudication 3 times over the last 10yrs

once was for 130mph in a 70 zone
