I have a stock 03 auto Cl-S. I was on PGA blvd in PBG, Fl at a redlight. In front of me i saw a mustang, looked liek a gt, didnt really even concentrate, just knew it was a mustang. It was stick, cuz it was going back and forth b4 the light turned green. So anyways, light turns green he hits it pretty hard and i push it all the way. Im right on his ass, he turns into the middle lane, and so we play for a little, me and him even. Im thinking hm... this is just a mustang gt, and im keeping up pretty good. Well, we hit the next light. I dont look at him, so he doesnt know if im going or not. I go to about 10mph so i wont have wheel spin and take off. He stays even to about 70. I was pretty happy. Well anyhow, we come to the next light. Im looking right at him and he is revving. I notice that the sound is super sweet, and im like hmm, i wonder if he has mods. So the next light we floor it, and I got destroyed by like i cant even count the amount of cars. He just blew me away. We hit the next light and both of our windows were down. I said damn man, what the hell do u have under your hood. He goes, man i was just screwing with you before. This is a brand new cobra. The light turns green and what do u know, in letters across the back i see cobra. Those things are amazing.

lol, wasnt paying attention to the Cobra part. At least he was being a nice guy and played around for a little pretending like i had a chance. The car sounded excellent under full throttle.

Wet dreams of owning a car with as much power as a cobra. I could've bought one, but I can't get ovr paying thatmuch for a cr, with an interior that I can't seem to ike. I guess it is just not for me. My friends love the inside though.

 

The new Cobra is just too crazy. I doubt that Allmotor will even take it. Probably hang with it though.

I love that car....now they just need to give it a good interior, not CL/TL levels, but just something nice and clean. I am holding out hope for the redesign.

 

Those things are nuts...I wouldnt mind having one of them along with my CL!!

 

So...I trade my TL...get a Cobra, and then during the winter, if its snowy at all (last 2 have sucked here, no snow at all, guys in the East, send some our way damnit!) get a 95 Civic for a beater to drive in the snow, and when people race me in the Civic I can wish I had the Cobra out lol. Even now when I get the loaner Teggy or RSX, I find myself always next to an IS or something and wishing I had the TL back..damn, it even happened today again.

cobra's have great powertrain/drivetrain but they are butt in interior/exterior design and appearance.

 

 

FORD.... Found On Road Dead..... sorry, just scrapped up another off the pavement last night.... I went to the scene of the accident and you could not even tell it was a cobra.... Let alone the 20 year old kid was somewhere 100 yards from the car.. and what a mess.... half his face was missing...

Keep buying them light over powered cars.. you guys are keeping me in business... I love it... j/k
