depends on what is "worth it" to you.

It lowers the engine bay temps, and keeps your headers and downpipe looking nice and clean. You might also get a few extra hp out of it, but don't count on more than 2 or 3.

I wonder if jet hot coating a turbo manifold could be used instead of heat wrap.... hmmmmm

Who knows but I know with the heat wrap is lowered my underhood temps by a lot with the exception of where the turbine was.

If I didn't have headers already installed, I would definitely Jet Hot them.

I think coated headers is worth the money. Soon I'll be buying a custom RMF header that will be Jet Hot coated, because the stainless one I currently have gets extremely hot.

If you heat wrap your header, over time it can cause it to crack. I don't have first hand experience, but more than one person has told me this and it seems like less and less people are using heat wrap. Info like that you have to take with a grain of salt.

irs worth it... i bought some used CT's from AcuraCl1 aka Scott... I'm going to send them in to get jet hot... Cause it keeps them looking brand new plus lower the temp... i think its worth it...

just another cooling mod pretty much falls in place w/ the TB spacers & Mugen Mods

What about it disrupting exhaust flow by adding thickness on the inside, or chipping on the inside as well

Jet hot does not chip, fade, or crack. They have a lifetime warranty just for that fact.

There is no thickness added because it is not a "layer." It is bonded to the surface of the metal.

They dramatically change the underhood temp of the car. Next to my suspension and the headers themselves, it's the best mod I've ever done.

Here are some pics of my JetHot...

i got them done as well, looks just like Niteqwill's. I paid $150, but one of my buddies knew the guy. Keeps the engine bay a lot cooler and it looks brand new all the time. worth it to me.
