Actually.... these are for pursuiting those street drifters in Japan.. I lived in Yokohama for 2 years.. and have seen a a R32 GTR police chasing after a LAN evo III through the mountains...

The glass i think is for diverting wind/rain... so less water hits the windshield.. for those of you been to japan.. you would know it rains hard there.... and itz a pain in the ass to drive in the mountain cuz the wipers can't wipe fast enough...

i heard in china and countries over there and hawaii as well, if you own your car and you put money into it for work purposes you can write the car off your taxes as well as your gas now how cool is that
