January Desktop Wallpaper
for once i'm early, and i made up for it with a bunch of them, i used 3 forum members cars - thanks for the pics
dial ups beware, no compression on the images only the thumbs, some are almost a meg in file size, i went for clarity this time, not download speeds
good, bad, am i missing something, please reply

woohoo i got a 1st gen wallpaper! :-P
i have a couple goofy ones i made with some members cars
one is a picture of a CL on the moon, it says "oh yeah, we were there first"-- and then there's one like going down a road in holland or something.. can't remember..hm..

This guy really has some skills. I too work with photoshop alot and this work is pretty clean and nice overall. good work and keep them coming. you have very extraordinary amounts of creativity.
since you are so knowldgable in this matter, i must take advantage LOL!
here are a few questions for ya:
i never really extensively used any photoshop version except for 7. Is 7 much better than six or any previous versions?
How many images or layers do you insert for the background (average)?

i use about 20-40 layers depending on the final image
remember if something does not look right when you make abstact background images, distort it, transform it, blend it until it looks good to you
