My CLS came with Motegi wheels, but the bolts on them are "different" from typical lug nuts. I asked my bro and he's never seen them before either. So I posted these pics on here looking for any advice on how to take them off, thanks.

 

Shitty wheels = shitty aftermarket lugs. Find the right size hex key remove and just throw them away

 

it's just a "lock" that needs a special key...but not even that special as thoiboi pointed out, get hex or allen key that size and take them off

 

Perfect, thanks justnspace. Thoboi why do you always have to be so negative. I like Motegi wheels and just got a set of AR's. I know they're not in the greatest condition. But it's what came with the car.

I think it's a pretty standard fact that motegi doesn't make a high quality wheel (aka "shitty").

Those are "tuner lug nuts". They're for tuners. You'll need a tuner key to get them off.

It's a hex key. You stick it in the hole and crank away (lefty-losey) to get them off.
