I've got a noise coming from the back left side of my car. It almost sounds like metal rubbing.......it's pretty ugly, not too loud.....but noticable. In Reverse or Drive, you can hear more so when the car is just rolling and not at high speed. Anyone have any idea??

how many miles do you have on the car?

 

do you have a aftermarket exhaust? sounds to me like your hangers might be messed up or it has something to do w/your exhaust. if not that then it might be cambering issues on ur rear left spring? (this is assuming you lowered your car) these are the only 2 things that i can think of it may be

 

i had that problem when i had my brakes redone, they didnt put the pad and the thing around the disc back on right and it rubbed. have them look at the brakes

 

I'm thinking brakes.

 

I have stock exhaust, so I don't think that's the problem......The brakes don't squeak and have been working fine and it never made that sound before.....but I'll have it checked out before it gets any worse.
