When you connect the Icelink or any other type of Ipod connecter to the back of the stock head unit, does the in-dash 6-disc cd changer still work? If so how is the icelink conrtrolled?

So site say it will not work and others say it will.

 

Yes,it works. The cd button is hit 2 times to get it into aux mode. It will only work if there is a connector in the plug, more info can be found in the audio section.

 

I've yet to get this to work with the "Dice" that replaced the IceLink. Any need to reset the entire system and enter the code? Should just be able to press "CD" twice and it works?

 

Yep, dice doesn't work with the CLS well. As with all Ipod adapters for the CLS, some work & some don't.
