Installing Load Resistor

This is Azzkiker23. I recently purchased two load resistors to install onto my turn signal wires to slow down the blinking of the LED's that I have. My question to you all is....which wire is the signal wire? There are 3 wires. A red one, black one, and a green one. We already tried the green one and that did not work. I just need to know which wire to hook the load resistor up to. Thank you so much!!!!

Hmmmm thats wierd. It should be installed on the signal wire, the Green one. U shouldn't install it on the red (+) side because all that would do is place resestance on the power. U need to resist the signal. As to why it is not working .

***EDIT***
Wait a minute shouldn't u install the resistor before the relay? If u are already tring that do it vice versa.
