Installed Red AEM CAI today......

Took me and my girlfriend's brother about 2.5 hours from start to finish.
The end results are awesome....a noticeable power gain and i cant say enough about the Music to my hears...the roar is fantastic. As for the install....piece of cake once all the bolts and shit from the stock air box were removed....some of it was a pain in the ass, but worth it in the end. I have absolutley no experience with cars, and i was able to do it.
A worthwile investment if you are looking for a reasonably priced performance enhancement, and it also makes your sound sytstem better!!!!

Congrats on the CAI, and thanks for the input. At our monthly Sacramento area meet today, the CAI guys took us non CAI guys for a quick run to make their case. Well, case closed !! I need one soon. Thanks Mike, Justin, and Jim.

Yeah, I think us CAI guys did our jobs well: we both got our passengers to reach for the "Oh, shit!" handles during the drive.

AEM-CAI best bang for the buck and the sound is music to my ears! With CAI you can distinctly hear when VTEC kicks in!

conratulations on the cai. the only problem is spending more money on gas due to your right foot becoming heavier.

...don't forget to reset that ECU
so the fuel re-mapping process can begin
for your new set-up.
