Install Help

Received my PIAA replacements for my driving lights. How do I change them out? From behind the actual bumper???
I realize this is a dumb question but I tried a search and got nothing.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill

You need to at least remove a couple of the pins that hold the under-carraige splash guard in place... I believe there are three or four pins per side. A flat-head screwdriver helps to get them off...

Then just reach up and grab the plastic bulb housing/holder... Turn maybe a half turn or so and the it should come free...

Use a cloth/kleenex to put the new bulb in. You don't want any fingerprints on it.

Repeat the above steps in reverse order.

I only did this once about 18 months ago, so I may be a bit off. But I should be pretty close.

Good luck.

No pins...just a phillips head angled from the center of the car out. 1 screw for each light, the screws face the center of the car. You have to reach thru the lower grill to do it.

Like this:

O< light X<screw screw>X light >O

PM me Bill if you need further help...it's really not that bad.

acctually your way is easier and faster...just pop acouple of the speed clips from the splash gaurd and stick your hand up there ...there's enough slack in the wires that they can be pulled outside the splash guard replace the bulb and back in they go

i hate those clips on the splash guard. It takes me forever to get them off, or I break them.
