inside a comptech header pic

I realize that a previous thread has been closed and I was not able to get this on there before the closure. It had been requested to show a pic and I went through the effort to get it for the board. Mods, if you don't want this on the board, my apologies, but it is worthy of a pic.

i still can't believe that the Nexus Jerkoff kept saying that interior gaps and misfitments and burrs will NOT affect performance at all. LOL.

There was another set that had horendous welds inside the header. The pipes didn't even line up inside and had gaps.

Granted so far this has only been two issues, although I'm sure there are more.

In about an hour I am going to make a thread to finally dispute that ridiculous thread about the Alpha Werks headers. I was so tired of hearing everyone's complaints that I took my Comptech's off my CL-S and put Alpha Werks on. I will have the pics up in an hour or so and you will see the following: no 02 sensor hitting the block and the Comptech inner welds are only slightly better than the Alpha Werks. The only problem I have is trying to get a clear pic of the Comptech inner welds it b/c my digital camera keeps going blurry when I get close.

Not saying they're not a great alternative for the money, and I'm sure most don't have problems, but the way NexusIndustries came on to the forums and dismissed the problems is what I think some of what got people going. I know there are those that will automatically say something new is crap compared to Comptech, but saying that such shitty welds as one person experienced will give you more horespower is BS.

I know its tough for you as your the middle man here, selling their product, and I commend you for staying civil, unlike some people who work for Nexus Industries.

I just looked at the interior pic of the AW Header in another recent thread. I also looked at the pics of the CT Headers here. I tryed to copy and put the 2 together but could not. I did not see much difference at all in the smoothing and inside welds. Can anybody copy the 2 together here for a pic by pic comparison ? And BTW I was the one in the other thread who asked about a pic of the CT Header inside. Thanks for taking the time to take the pics. Please don't flame because my opinion is different about the interior, IMO the AW headers look cleaner. If you post side by side you may see what I mean.
