just got mine today
upon inspection there are a few areas on the cone/filter that are dented...does that matter?? the grid pattern wiring that covers the filter are all intact...just a few areas on the cone itself is not straight b/c they are dented


also is there suppose to be a injen license plate frame that comes with it? it's listed on the instruction...

Mine didn't have any dents so that sounds weird. I got it through the link at this site. I also DID get a license plate frame. The permance shop, Pann Performance in San Diego was nice enough to give me a spare to make it a set. The filter was undamaged. If you got it through a store, try to get a new one. I don't know if it has any bearing on performance but it might.

 

Mine did come with a license plate, but Injen forgot to include the air filter. I made a few calls though and they sent one out to me.
