IMPORTANT Icebox install question:
I'm currently in the process of instaling my icebox and I am now in a snag. I need to know where I am supposed to connect this hose under the throttle body:

Does it connect to this!??

I need to know! Thanks. -Jake

I didn't take the hose off in the first picture, it's still dangling. I fully disconnected the hose in the second picture at the end of the throttle body though.

Congrats on finally getting it.
Since you live in SD, you could likely get away with a Coolant bypass. Its a very popular mod in warmer climates and will give you some gains (or more like freeing up) by not heating up your throttle body. You should look into it.

you can either re connect it or bypass it.....take a look at this thread https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...coolant+bypass

I want to do it how Comptech did it. The link that cu0ngsayz posted doesn't show exactly what needs to be done.
I need to know where these two things connect to:

I have one hose left....

Do I just connect them together with the hose?

i dont see why you needed to take off the throttle body coolant line to install the intake in the first place. Im thinking the hose you got with the intake will connect directly into the intake piping where those two outlets are from the valve cover to the intake. i could be wrong tho..

This is the hose that connects to one of the two intake outlets:

Then, the big breather hose from the valve cover connects to the other outlet, which leads me to believe that the following get connected to each other:

ok as long as its all connected your fine. Im not sure what the kit came with but i would assume that it probably came with two hoses...both for connecting into the intake outlets, leaving the coolant lines as they were to begin with.
Not exactly. One supplied hose goes to the outlet, and the other outlet gets taken by an existing hose. The second hose that is supplied most likely gets used to connect the two coolant outlets that I pictured. This is what you guys originally suggested and I think that is correct.
Im having a tough time seeing the other fitting, but if its on the block (technically the coolant pipe), the fitting on the TB connects to it.
Why did you disconnect those and didnt any coolant pour out?
EDIT - Give me 5 minutes, Im going outside to take a picture of mine for you.

Ok, I forgot about that part. Its been over 2 years since I installed it. I hope this makes a bit more sense. I am going to show how the connections go from factory.
Look at the hose marked number 2. One end of that hose goes into the 90* fitting near the inlet of the TB. It then goes into the hard line (that CT has you remove). It loops into the hose marked number 3.

Hose number 3 runs into the green arrow marked below. The hose in the above picture marked number 1 goes from the fitting on the IACV (bottom of TB) into the red arrow below.

If you want to do the coolant bypass, just loop the line between the red and green arrows as seen in the picture above. You can keep leave the two connections on the TB disconnected.
And yea, my 5 minutes morphed into 40. Whatever.

is it too late to tell u that if you take out the battery and battery tray its was easier ?... lol...
or wait ... if u did that ud wanna know what to do with the red and black battery terminals afterwards ...

Wow, is the Icebox install harder than the Injen CAI install? I remember the instructions were pretty straight forward with that one. The hardest part was resonator removal + getting the filter over the pipe, and getting a few of the hoses off for the coolant bypass.
Well wait a min, which line takes the cold coolant to the actuall IceBox to cool the intake? Better check it again Jacob! I heard if you run the IceBox dry it will burn up and start melting right away!
I think this intake install went worse:
