No. At least as of a couple weeks ago it wasn't.

I ordered mine on a Friday afternoon and it was waiting on my doorstep the next Friday afternoon. I tracked it and it was shipped out on Monday morning!

Ordered from Autocarparts and shipped directly from Comptech.

Dean's price was pretty close, I think, and probably was a little better. You'll have to email or call him to see.

That sounds about right for what I paid.
