i have not street raced since i started autoxing. I have even turned down offers to race after the autox. It just doesnt seem to be worth the risk. I would rather get my dose of speed legally and safely.

Yeah, please share... I've not done any true "street racing" on the CL, pretty much just stop light runs from 0 to the speed limit.

gimmie a break, this will last....oooooh, about a week

no way in hell will you have the willpower to turn down a race against some douchebag rice boy that taunts you or an opportunity to go up against something really cool. saying you are never going to street race is saying you are never having sex again...ITS TOTAL BULLSHIT!! hahahahaha, we all look forward to your next kill story sometime over the weekend! nice try dude

Damn Darrin, now you're where I'm at. I own the ride and everything, but the risks are just as bad when you get older. Try SR-22, losing your license, getting misdemeanor (even felony if your speed is high enough) on your record and getting your car impounded. That's for going about 110mph, which is really not even that fast!

Where I live there is no street racing scene... however, each saturday/sunday night at 1:00 AM I hear the Rev of muscle cars like as if I am at NED.

sr-22

SR22 Filing is a form issued by an insurance company which removes a suspension order placed by the DMV on your driving priviledge. The filing provides a guarantee to the California Department of Motor Vehicles that an insurance company has issued at least minimum liability coverage for the person making that filing; AND - that the insurance company will notify the DMV should the insurance ever lapse for any reason.

Don't want to have to file one of those. =)

I've gotten caught with Drag Racing Ticket at farmington about a year ago. I got me a good lawyer and got off with only 1 point .

Drag racing will get you a misdemeanor and 4-6 points.

What can they do about having a tv in your dash? I didn't know that it was against the law to have them...

You sure Nashua? From what I have seen in Nashua NH there are a LOT of people who think that they are in the Fast and the Furious! Once they all get off their jobs bagging groceries they probably race behind the supermarket.
