I need tq specs for a few things

I need tq specs for a few things

I finally got my buddy's tq wrench and TODAY i just got the new set of front rotors since the first set were warped!!!

So i need tq secs for :

Wheel nuts

Caliper bolts

Caliper slide bolts

Manifold top plate

Manifold head bolts

wheel nuts should be 80 ft lbs. i do my caliper bolts "good n tight" never had a problem

However do not go full force on them. When I upgraded the brakes The top caliper bolt came out.....with all of the threads inside the caliper aswell which made it a perfectly round hole. How and why this happened it beyond me, my best guess being heat and age.
