I need to Pulling out my front headlight

Is there a helms manual pic somewhere of how to do it or is
it pretty straightforward?

I turned on my headlights todand noticed the shine was a bit
crooked. I took a closer look and it looks like it popped out a bit. I want to pull it out and re-set it.

Looks like I got hit a bit harder than I thought!

You would have to remove the bumper. After that, go with what you see.
