Ok so I have this cls on 18 genoas(35 tires big as they can get) with an eibach drop. I hate driving it. Every single bump the car is about to fall apart. It sits in the garage so it is all right and the last time it was driven was to a cl meet two months ago. It is time to do something about it. The rear camber is fucked so I need a kit and two new tires but before I spend money I want to think up my best option.

1. Get rid of it and get a 03 with navi
2. Replace the tires get the camber and just deal with not driving it
3. take everything back to stock. (still have spring just would purchase rims and tires)

Either way I have a jeep cherokee that I drive everyday but I need to do something about this.

Any ideas?

 

I'll trade you my stockers w/ new tires for your rims and tires.

 

That might not be a bad idea. Good condition? Also let me make sure none of the rims are bent or cracked. The outside is perfect but they might me bent like the last set. The last thing I want to do is say ok and then one is bent or something. I will take them off this weekend and inspect them.

 

yeah let me know what shape they are in and maybe we can work something out. mine are 01 cls wheels in perfect shape. no curbrash or anything. a couple tiny flecks of the coating are missing in a couple spots but nothing noticeable unless you are looking at them from an inch away.

kumho ecsta 712's on two wheels with < 1,000 miles, other tires have about 12k on them.

 

Too bad you hate to drive it because it looks very nice! I really want to drop mine bad but I am worried about problems like this. I usually have bad luck with this sort of thing.
