yeah. I've had strangers roll down the window to tlel me nice car.
And when I'm waxing it in the parking lot of my apt. complex people always come up to say nice car.

I like it when when passengers guess I paid $35-40000 and can't believe I actually paid $5- 10,000 less based on their orginal guess.

I live in areas where a lot of hate takes place. I get comments like "he stiil ain't got no 20's" or "I've seen better".


I don't get nice comments until leave my neighborhood.

Rarely if ever any comments on the CL. When I had my Legend Coupe I had lots of comments, even numerous offers to buy it at the gas station etc. people thought it was brand new and it was 8 years old when I sold it. I've had the opposite reaction wiht the CL. I've heard many people call it an Accord, and when I say CL, they say 'a what? Stupid Acura.

Yea, but don't they have twin turbo's? Start adding stuff like a supercharger or turbo to our engine bay and it starts to fill up.

When mine is all cleaned up it"s not uncommon to get the 'hey nice car'. I do asked a lot what in the hell it is. I say CL and I get look.

Never happens except for the occiasional days when it is especially shiny where they are admiring the paint.

Mine's too vanilla for serious attention and I too have had the Accord statement.

People really seem to like the Anthracite color as well. I'll get compliments from time to time.

Me too, but only when it's clean. Anthracite is one of those colors that hides dirt pretty well so it could always be dirty for all you know, but when it's really shiny it really looks awesome

Yeah especially at dusk. Not total darkness, the sun is still there but it ain't exactly overhead. At that time when my car is clean and i walk up to it between the color, tints and 03 tails...... :wackit:

I've gotten it but only after they saw the inside (w/ NAVI... which makes it look 100% better IMO) and from ppl I know.


Besides that I almost never get it. Maybe cos my car's stock or I dont seem approachable. :o
