Usually, I do not leave the shade open when I close the moonroof. However, today, and for the first time, I left my moonroof shade open when I closed my moonroof, as everyone is aware it ratttled like bitsh peeing!!!!

What the heck, now my CLS has to go to the dealer for the follawing warrantee work:

1) moonroof shade rattle.
2) repainting the mufflers
3) touching up the red paint on the Type-S logo.

I need to do my 15,000 miles service too, now I have almost 14,000 miles!

I may delay all work for the big services.

not to worry. after the dealer applies the teflon tape, the rattles and the squeaks will disappear. good luck. as for me, i'm bringing my type s to the dealer for a strange scraping noise coming from the right front. it is most apparent when i'm coasting. damn, i hope they can fix it whatever it is.
