Humming Noise

I just bought a 2001 CL Type-S. There is a humming noise coming from underneath the car. I was wondering if anyone else has heard this hum. I'm being told it may be from the exhaust system.

does it have any aftermarket parts on it?

mine made a humming/buzzing noise after I put my intake in. the intake was rubbing against the frame.

Exhaust hum is the only noise I have ever heard, more noticable when A/C is on also.
