How to remove plastic trim in the back seats?

How do we take off the bowling ball plastic trim thats in our back? Anyone know? Thanks.

I'm painting all my trims silver, or I might do a carbon fiber look. Not sure yet, havent decided.

It requires a plastic welder to melt the plastic rivits. This of course is done with the panels removed and is time consuming work. You will need surplus plastic to reattach them after coloring.
