good driver
IMHO, this guy is a good driver, in that he has excellent awareness. Guys like these don't get in as many accidents as you would imagine, because they know what's going on. Their biggest problem is the risk factor, and as you can imagine, when they get into accidents, it's FUBAR. Anyhow, that is my feeling on the matter, since I do drive similarly.

The video is sped up quite a bit, but the speed limit signs that he's passing seem to indicate a 100kph/60mph limit and he's still catching up and passing the people in front of him.
He's gotta be going a good 100mph or so.
Interesting thought about the lights. I think you'd see some sort of reflection from them, though...but maybe a siren.

the video is clearly sped up...
I think the guy is an idiot not for his speeding but because he was passing cars in between lanes.
If he passed me in between lanes I would follow his ass and when he parked I would beat the shit out of his car with my louisville(and possibly him). Every body panel on his little car would be totally destroyed beyond repair.
I would love to get my hands on this guy...
