how much to replace head light housing?

one is fogging .. I guess the seal is broking, so after all these years it looks dim.
I see that part is around $200, what about the labor? how difficult is it?

Do it your self. Not hard at all. Simple hand tools, & 2 hours. Bumper removal DIY is in FAQ. Then you can see the bolts for the headlight housing. Unscrew, screw in new one, put bumper back on & done.
But if you want a shop to do it, then figure 2 hours labor. So whatever the shop charges per hour.

thanks, but I wana stay out of bumper removal. Do you know if regular mechanics would do something like that, or do I need a body shop place?

Why? It's easy? just clips & a few screws?
I would not let a mechanic do it. Take it to a body shop.
