i believe type S exhaust is already free flowing but you get more sound and maybe a few extra ponies from aftermarket. but just a few

No. Catbacks only add 2-4hp, so you won't feel the difference. Most people add exhaust for the sound not for the performance.

Yeah not much of a difference. I add the CT's for the sound.

I added Magnaflow's for the sound, and was very worth it. The XS headers in combination with the mufflers sounds absolutely perfect. It almost sounds like the G35 stock exhaust note on steroids, lol.

i did the rt cat instead of the exhuast. the car revs up faster and with the ct icebox and headers, the sound is more agressive than stock(very g35ish).

Want more performance? Buy a Comptech Supercharger.

You want big HP, it's going to cost you big bucks.

Just change the resonator you will get a lil sound change from that also along with headers and will be cheaper than changing the exhaust

A full custom exhaust doesn't sound anything like a G35.

Delete the mufflers with straight pipes and have full exhaust and you'll have nothing but loudness. So loud your neighbors will hate you forever.

Sorta of. It changes the tone. It may sound louder at times, but the same at others.
