how much to change brake lines?

Foti,
Im getting my pulleys in today, and installing them tomorrow. They want $75 to do the pulleys. I would suggest you take the lines to be insalled at either a dealer or someebody who has the machine to bleed brakes.

it shouldnt cost more then an hour labor.
ya dont really need a special "machine" to bleed brakes. Almost any shop will have a pump... they cost nothing and they work as good as anything else.
Not really a difficult job.

Foti,
AcuraCrazy just installed the lines, and it cost him 130. He said he did find it for $100 though. Maybe he will write a review for us. Im not installing until I get my rotors looked at.

The quotes I got ran around $100 for front and rears. Discount Tire included the complete flush with Motul or ATE Super Blue in the price.
I'm also thinking about the rotors, and hanging up a bit as a result...

I had my front rotors replaced a couple of days ago. I felt major vibration when I stopped rapidly from highway speed and my mechanic replaced them under warranty. I too would like to be t the braided lines, but I think I'll wait to see if an upgrade kit comes out for the brakes first.
