how to mount "A" on custom grille?

how to mount "A" on custom grille?
Ok well i got my grille cut and painted, but now i just need to mount the "A" on there. Oh yeah i want it on there pretty solid too, so it doesn't get stolen. Anyone have any ideas?
I used the same material as DarrinB did on his grille and i want it to look just like this.
