anyone got pics or information on how to mod the D2S bulb? Just ordered a pair and wondering what to do when I get them later and also what kind of screw-driver do I use to unscrew that single screw that bolts on to the headlight housing when I want to take out the OEM D2R bulb...anyone with any feedbacks?

 

Take a dremel tool and sand down one of the two bumps on the D2S bulb and it should fit.

 

It fits, you don't have to modify anything, i had them in my car.

 

If anyone cares, i have some D2s bulbs for sale. Check black market.

HUH? If you ordered a d2s and to replace your d2r it is the same bulb one has a reflector one doesn't You don't have to mdify anything. I told you i did that allready!

yup more glare into them...wonder why they stop making 6000k D2R bulbs?

 

NO! they just don't have any balck coating blocking light so they appear brighter. both d2s and d2r are 35 watt bulbs.

no modification is required.

also i have plenty of oem 4100k d2s bulbs. some ppl call them 4300k. i sell for $70-80 a pair shipped.
