Question How easy is it to remove the taillights?

I was thinking of getting Nite Shades and tinting my taillights black but I see that you need to remove them from the car first before spraying. How easy is it to remove the lights? Do I need to remove the bumper beforehand? I searched and couldn't find anything.

From: Pacific Northwest, blah.
all u have to do is pull back the panel where the tail lights are accessable and remove the black plastic hangers that hold the cargo net in place. They are typical screw like pieces. The tail lights are only held by four 4/5 mm nuts.

Awesome, thanks! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to have to remove the bumper.

Yep real easy. But that nightshade stuff is crap. I would use the pre cut tint before that stuff.
You can find it on Ebay.

You can find it on Ebay.

depending on where you get it, you can find it for $25 or so...

just remember to get one side on and when you are about to go around the corner/bend in the plastic, heat it up with a hairdryer and pull to the outside. Then you will get all the angles right.
