How does the spoiler mount?

How does the spoiler mount?
How does the rear spoiler mount to the trunk? Is there any drilling involved? If there is drilling, are the holes visible from the outside if you ever wanted to remove it?

There are 4 bolts attaching the spoiler to the trunk lid. Yes, they go through holes drilled in the lid.
