How do you drain / empty the windshield washer fluid on '01 CL?

How do you drain / empty the windshield washer fluid on '01 CL?
I have an '01 CL-P. The fluid I currently have in my windshield washer reservoir leaves oily marks on my windshield where the spray hits the windshield and also on the driver's side edge where the wipers deposits it. My reservoir is currently full since I just took my car in for an oil change. I don't know what type of fluid they put in it, or if it got contaminated. Is there an easy way to drain the reservoir, or do I just have to spray my windshield for a long time right before I wash my car? How long would that take to empty? Thanks in advance.
